Hybrid designs can integrate a wide range of features, fiber optics, coax, air/water hoses, etc.
Optical fibers in stainless steel tubes from 1-24 fibers, single-mode, multi-mode, mix modes and custom specific fibers.
Data signals requiring Ethernet Cat5e and Cat6 signal pairs, RS-232, RS-485, analog, coaxial or shielded components.
Power conductors from 300V to 4.5 kv, carefully selected insulations specific to application.
Water blocked transversally up to 5000 meters, longitudinally up to 1000 meters.

Conductor: Stranded oxygen-free copper wire for flexiblility and corrosion resistance.
Insulation: PVC/PE/TPEE/FEP
Cores: Color distinction/coding distinction
Filling: Aramid fibers/waterproof yarn/waterproof glue
Shield: Aluminum foil/tin plated copper braid (individual/overall)
Strength layer: Light weight aramid fibers (Kevlar) to meet working and broken strength (100- 50000N)
Jacket: Specially modified waterproof TPU jacket (Color can be made according to customer requirements)
Temperature range: Fixed installation: -40℃ to +90℃, Mobile installation: -30℃ to +90℃ (-40℃ to +150℃ to be specified by the customer)
